- • We do not sell personal data.
- • You can export your data and request account deletion in Settings.
- • You can manage non-essential cookie preferences in Settings.
Information We Collect
We collect account details (email, profile info), workspace content (folders, file records, metadata), and operational signals (session, device, and diagnostics) needed for authentication, reliability, and core product functionality.
How We Use Information
We use data to operate uploads/downloads, protect accounts, support collaboration features, process file requests, and improve performance. Access to your content is permission-aware and constrained by role, share settings, and security checks.
Data Sharing and Disclosure
We do not sell personal information. Data is shared only with service infrastructure providers needed to deliver Jukebox or where legally required. Shared links and file requests only expose content according to the owner’s configured scope and permissions.
Retention and Security
Data is retained for active account operation and legitimate business needs. We use access controls, scoped permissions, and operational monitoring to reduce unauthorized access and misuse risk.
Your Choices and Controls
In Settings, you can manage non-essential cookie preferences, export your data as ZIP, and request account deletion. You can also review Terms and Help resources at any time.
